New Plan Healthchoice Handled by SGRX

Effective January 1, 2026 SGRX Health and JVHL have entered into a Capitated Contract.  SGRX is the new administrator for Health Choice of Michigan. There are 7400 members enrolled in MI residing in Wayne, Macomb, Oakland, and Washtenaw Counties. Labs should use payer code (MX) SGRX when submitting claims.  They will see MX (SGRX) on the remitance advice.
